2. Platform Usage

3. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

User's content and interactions with other users
Work performed through connections made on the Platform
Use of third-party services integrated with the Platform
Failure to maintain proper licensing, insurance, or legal compliance
Safety incidents, property damage, or personal injury
Employment law violations or worker classification issues
Attorney's fees and related legal costs

JobSite Crews is a platform that facilitates connections between contractors and workers. We do not:

Verify the accuracy of user credentials or work quality
Assume responsibility for work performed
Provide insurance coverage for users
Act as an employer or contractor
Guarantee project outcomes or user satisfaction

5. Messaging & Communication

Free users receive 10 messages per month. Premium users get unlimited messaging. All communications are logged for quality assurance.
