JobSite Crews Terms of Service & User Agreement

1. User Responsibilities

By using JobSite Crews, you agree that you are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining all required professional licenses and certifications
• Carrying adequate general liability insurance
• Obtaining workers' compensation coverage as required by law
• Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• The quality and safety of all work performed
• Proper vetting and supervision of all crew members

2. Platform Usage

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain professional conduct in all interactions
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

3. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

User agrees to hold harmless and indemnify JobSite Crews from any and all claims, demands, losses, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with User's use of the Platform, including but not limited to claims related to:

• User's content and interactions with other users
• Work performed through connections made on the Platform
• Use of third-party services integrated with the Platform
• Failure to maintain proper licensing, insurance, or legal compliance
• Safety incidents, property damage, or personal injury
• Employment law violations or worker classification issues
• Attorney's fees and related legal costs

4. Disclaimer

JobSite Crews is a platform that facilitates connections between contractors and workers. We do not:

• Verify the accuracy of user credentials or work quality
• Assume responsibility for work performed
• Provide insurance coverage for users
• Act as an employer or contractor
• Guarantee project outcomes or user satisfaction

5. Messaging & Communication

Free users receive 10 messages per month. Premium users get unlimited messaging. All communications are logged for quality assurance.
